Meet Our Team
Nazmina Kheraj, President — Nazmina Kheraj has an extensive background in the area of education. In 1998, Nazmina graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Women’s Studies. Since then, in her role as the Chairperson for the Aga Khan Education Board, she has interacted and supported many Middle School & High School students as they prepare their academic profiles in preparation for the college admissions process. From this experience, she realized that there is a great lack of writing fundamentals in students coming out of secondary institutions today. Nazmina entered the early childhood arena in an effort to provide timely and educational information to parents so that they can set the stage for their children’s success. As the President of Wondertree Kids, she has the forum to provide enrichment programs for age baby to children, so that they can get an early introduction to the love of reading, learning and self-confidence.

Fatima is one of our client associates. She works at the front desk and is the first one to see the kids walk in. She loves that she gets to see their smiling faces and enjoys having conversations with the parents. She is a student who is currently studying psychology and wants her focus to be working with autistic children when she finishes her BA. However, she finds that working with any child is rewarding and appreciates that she has the opportunity to be part of the Wondertree Kids family. Being the oldest, and also part of a big Mexican family, has helped her gain experience working with children. She says that her house always felt like a big playground and that she was always helping to take care of her siblings, cousins, and even the neighbor’s kids. In her spare time she loves to hang out with friends, sing karaoke and finding new places to explore.
Juliana was born and raised in El Segundo, CA with her 2 older sisters who taught her the meaning of compassion and the importance of love. She continued her hobbies working at a summer camp in Manhattan Beach and babysitting in El Segundo. She spent her first year of college in San Francisco playing soccer, joining Greek life, and enjoying the SF fog. Taking a break from the cold weather, she is now at El Camino taking business and education courses.
